I opened a support ticket on Feb 18, 2009, as follows:
Yesterday and today, I have been taking many page load errors in the Forums. I try to call up a thread, or post a reply, and at least half the time I will get a Page Load Error that says "Connection Interrupted
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again."
It sometimes takes many many retries to get past it.
I have rebooted my computer and reset my modem and router.

I reopened the ticket with these remarks on Feb 19, 2009:
According to this forum post, I am doing as instructed:
/327/36/307953/1.html#post2328254
BTW - what would be considered the proper thread/board? The closest I can see would be the Technical Issues forum, but that seems to be completely related to inworld SL issues.
Additionally, I do not think the forums have seen an Admin or Moderator in at least a week or more.
Thanks,
-Lil

And received this response today:
Thank you for contacting Linden Lab Support regarding your issue.
Unfortunatley as I don't handle issues in relation to the forums and therefore not versed with how the forum is directed, I can not give you any definate direction towards where you should post your issue.
Seeing as you are experiencing a browser based issue, the technical forums may be a good idea to start at.
If you have any more issues, feel free to contact us again at any time.

It sounds like they are basically telling me to post in some undetermined relevant thread in the forum that I am complaining about not being able to access and wait for a response from the non existent administrators.
Therefore, I now need to know if there is really anything this particular forum can do about this issue --- though I do already have a response back on the ticket ready to go.
I have opened tickets on forum issues in the past and had them actually handled.
Thanks,
