Looking for someone with a sim wanting to make 60-80usd per month after tier costs.
Basicly we come in, build a community, with houses to rent, public hangout ect, we handle everything. Your collect 95% of rental fees automaticly, simple!

Ok Axel, think about this for a minute, lets do the math.
You're saying that if a sim owner goes into business with you, they could make enough to cover tier (195$) plus a profit of between 60 and 80$ a month. Lets assume it's 80$. Thats a total of 275$.
You want them to pay you only 5% of that to do all the work. 5% is only 13.75$. So you're saying that you want to do all the work to earn only 13.75$ a month? Are you sure thats what you want? You realize you could make more than that with a paper route?
Now look at it from the landowner's point of view. 80$ a month is not a lot, you're not promising much really. In fact the land owner could make more than that with a paper route.
You seem like an ambitious person from some of your other posts, but I think you need to rethink this proposal, no offense.
