From: Charissa Korvin Wow that's really lowlife to do something like that. I help run a store in SL and every time I TP there, one of the first things I do is check the About Land > Objects tab to insure some jerk hasn't littered on the land. I dunno if you have access to that information where your establishment is, but I'd suggest that to you as well. Then just return their crap It's an old scam. Haven't heard that it's a crime that LL will punish/ban for tho.

The "sploder" creator could fix this problem, I think... add collision detection for other prims. When the "sploder" detects a sphere surrounding it, then immediately pay-out, set to invisible, announce to the crowd that "the sploder is offline due to a scam prim placed by so-and-so", IM the land owner, and maybe even send an IM to a list of people who can deal with the problem (after checking to see if those people are online at the time).
A couple extra prims would be needed to detect a hollowed sphere. Like an "X" shape of invisible feeler prims extending from the sploder ball.

The Guests need some common sense, too. If you pay a Gambling Machine or Vendor, make sure the Owner is not some unknown Person, it should be the Casino / Shop Owner or Owner Group.

I wish land owners could move any prim around that was on their land. This way you could move the prim away from the sploder and abuse report it before you return it, Also preventing poeple from paying into it while your ARing it.
