Designing, building, and selling things. I just love having people use my things! It makes all the work worth it.
Secondly, my friends. And the wacky things possible in SL that aren't possible irl.

I love being able to meet and talk to people from all over. I have a number of really good friends that live on the other side of the world from me and I love it.

The spontaneous silliness that happens with a group of friends...especially if it includes people I hadn't met before and becomes the precedent for new friendships. Those "wasted" hours that make you exclaim: Only in SL!! This past Saturday at Dragon Moon was like that

Oh gosh, where to start? Of course, I find building to be quite fun, but it's largely a solitary activity...or rather, I prefer it that way or else I never get anything done. Sometimes a fun night consists of a bunch of friends (who sometimes are rather tipsy, which only helps to enhance SL's funny factor) spelunking into their inventory, bringing out the oddest assortment of random crap and experimenting and/or abusing all of it in creative ways. I recall a spinning cube prim war on Extrovirtual Island breaking out this way. Every now and then we like to take turns teleporting to random locations on the map (summoning everyone else along) for a refreshing detour to places we would normally never think to go. Sometimes hilarity ensues during our stumbling around because we'll more often than not find builds or cheesy yardsales or other unexpected things that tickle our (admittedly very odd) funnybones. Occasionally we'll all pile into the Shadow and leisurely hovertour an interesting area; when this gets boring, I hit the groundcar button and tear us around as fast and as recklessly as I can, up steep grades and plunging into the ocean and sailing over hills like modern-day Duke boys just to see how long it is before one or all of us gets violently ejected from our seats. X) When we're in a particularly wacky mood and an irresistible opportunity presents itself, we'll hop onto poseballs which may or may not be ours when the coast looks utterly clear. Probably THE funniest moment we ever had in SL involved four friends, a tasty donut, one of Wynx's cute alien shoulder-kittens, a cheeseburger, a birthing poseball set and Pyramid Head as the good doctor attending to the heavily laboring father. We'll sometimes get on a "let's make the ugliest avatar EVER!" kick. Never fails to keep us in stitches. It's an unfortunate testimony to everyone's fairytale wish to be everlastingly beautiful when the potential for creating such wonderfully creative, completely horrific avatar shapes goes utterly ignored. Other times we just like to meander in the welcome area to avatar-watch. Or we'll put on our cutest "tiny" critter avatars and go human-club-hopping. We like the contrast. The list can go on and on, but I figure it already has, so enough.

Fun for me in Second Life is being anywhere one of my various friends may be at. Or playing a game and winning some Lindens or maybe just exploring. Right now learning is even fun!

Hmm, I'd say DJing, people watching, being social, and chilling out at my pad listening to some ambient music.

i also just simply love to design clothing above all else designing clothing has to be the most fun for me. staring at line after line of lsl until my eyes water and I forget where and who I am. I find it a lot like meditation. Of course, some might question why I need a graphical environment at all, if all I'm going to do is cover it up with an lsl editor. But I say hooey to them.

My boyfriend and I used to cruise around in his UFO, randomly abducting anyone we saw and subjecting them to Mulch's reckless driving and the anal probe table Lately fun has been seriously lacking in SL

These are exactly the sort of things we did all the time! So much fun! Alas, for some strange reason, that group ran off to play Toon Town instead. And since it costs money to play, I haven't joined them there. ..... sigh ..... coco

So far looking around at interesting places - sharing the ones I find with friends, meeting interesting people, avatar watching, stopping in nightclubs with interesting themed evenings going on to see what people wear, finding good and varied music, attempting to build.
Things to do list - - try vehicles, find some alternate avatars I want to use, learn more about scripts, learn and learn some more.

Among many other things, I like being surprised and checking items off my list. Shows how many signs and wonders are present in this community.

I do a lot of random things aside from the usual things. Right now, I love decorating my home. I like to shop for trinkets and throw them around the living room. Making my place look really lived in and welcoming, which translates into messy and cluttered.
