When I think back upon all the heated debate and controversy, thousands of words listed here over more than 3 years, I am struck by the enormous ongoing heated debate surrounding our second lives.
All the debate, felt deeply and addressed, no matter how you feel about it, yes, addressed passionately by the members, all suddenly silenced.

Though I haven't been around the forums long, what I've seen is the forum community having a Tao of it's own.

Its funny I regret the losing of the forums only because of the centralized place to talk or find information and ask questions.
I wont miss the two faced, back stabing, quote posts that have nothing to do with the current thread people that are to immature to realize that this is not the be all end all answer to existance and fortune. That are not able to get along with people online because they hide behind their online personas because anyone in real life would kick the crap out of them for opening their mouths in real life. You know who you are A, D, W, S and a few others. I am glad to see dumbasses like them silenced now if they would just go broke in the game and let the rest of us have fun. Heh have fun out there guys. _____________________

and let's not forget the debate about..
why the forums are closing in the first place! but a few others.. the Starax disapperance the oldest thread i could find (i claim an "ear of [The forums]"!  posts by Darwin (bummer.. i miss those), like "What will replace the Internet?, from March '04. now THAT was a discussion! fun and intelligent.. wow.. i miss those halcyon days. wow.. this post appears to be either my second post ever, or close to it.. odd thing is, 2 1/2 years later and we're seeing this around the bend. who knew? you know what.. i'm done with my list for now(?).. i've ended up in the archives and i'm having too much fun reliving the "old days".. *wipes a tear away* i'll be busy for awhile now.. lol. _____________________
