Linden Lab will not disclose incident details including (but not limited to): identity of the reporter, details of chat logs, resolution of incidents, and suspensions or banning of Second Life Residents.
The Police Blotter, located on the Second Life website, <http://secondlife.com/support/blotter.php>, keeps a running record of abuse resolutions. Although specific information about incidents is not revealed, basic information about the most current disciplinary actions can be found there.

Hey, at least you got that much. For every AR I've filed, I've only gotten back emails with the name of my report in the subect line, which were completely blank. So at least now they're telling you that it's blank, I guess.

Ive had them recently even tho the AR form was filled out fully and correctly with all the details requested. Perhaps they are trying to tell us our AR reports are a waste of time

I also got one. I almost lost my drink of soda when I saw the line about it being investigated and resolved right after saying it was empty.
Of course I guess an empty AR is an easy thing to investigate. _____________________

I got one of those too. I AR'ed a griefer, filled in all the fields in the AR form, cited precisely who owned the cage that had hit me and where it was, and that he was shooting everyone in sight. Several of us AR'ed the same griefer. What more do they want? In-world video, showing his laughing face as he shoots helpless individuals?

Got one of these too. I don't even have a clue as to which AR they were responding to.
Not like I have posted very many, but this is only the second response I have gotten from a handful of griefing reports I have filed.... On one occasion a rookie Linden tried to blame me for the bloody cages that were littering the landscape!!! Get too close to one and it would reach out and grab ya for launch into orbit  I'd just extricated myself from one of the damned cages.... The griefer WAS standing right THERE!!! Saw him drop a cage off just before the Linden rezzed in NEXT TO THE GRIEFER!! Hows that for justice.... Linden IM to ME) "Weapons are not permitted in this area!"me: "Look at the owner tag!!! I have nothing to do with these objects!!!" To the Linden's credit (it) got a clue and checked the tags. The offending objects derezzed as did the griefer. =B-) |
