It's the fact that you see nothing wrong with partying with the guy that is supposedly doing something you are upset with, at the very event meant to mark that action, is what I consider headshake worthy.
Or that you fail to see what possible motive he may have in this little display of community bonding at this time, heh.
He is the CEO of LL. He's just done some things that are not very pleasing to his paying cusomers, people without whom his platform would cease to exist. They invite him to play drums with them at their "protest party". Is it any wonder that they don't care much what you think? You make it easy.
