Yes, I just listed all my property in Heaton for sale... I was trying to list in "even" size chunks, so I listed everything as 512m plots and left out a 32m chunk...

and guess what?

The Impeach Bush guy put up an Impeach Bush sign right next to all my plots for sale.

There has got to be SOME way to get rid of this jerk!!!!

This is TOO funny.

I can't believe that you would feed the Monster. People can complain all they want, but all of our actions make it so easy for Him.

Why would you leave that small chunk open for purchase, ensuring that He devalues the very land that His actions have caused you to sell?

Should've listed your 32m for $40,000L.

Hate to say this, but you kind of left yourself wide open.

I wasn't even thinking about it when I set the land for sale... I just wanted it off of my tier.

I should have just released it.

I think I sold it for L$500.

Surely a lot of the problem here, comes down to the gripe about tier levels? I know for example, that I have around 1500m left on my tier...and specifically have NOT bought a patch of land of 1532m, because the extra 32m pushes me OVER my limit. Consequently, I'd have to release that 32m or pay a hefty sum extra. If I was paying relative to land owned...it wouldnt have come into the equation.

Actually, Hank, it would be great if you did use those plots for personal advertising purposes. I think we need to force LL's hand here.

Join the Anti Lazarus Divine Initiative. You want him gone? show your support in the form of an organized petition.

I hear the Lindens are close to finally doing something, our petition, if enough show their support, could be one of the final nails in Lazarus Divine's, and his Impeach Bush scheme's, coffin.

So I've noticed as well. Word is he's facing suspension, and I heard that the signs are almost certainly coming down as well. Looks like the Initiative came into the battle after it was already almost won. I don't care how or why they get removed, just as long as they get taken down.

While they are on a roll they should go after the guy with the ugly casinos and the stupid looking signs that float above them .

Just did a search for the little bugger under the surname "Divine", no listing. Did another search for the "Impeach Bush!" Group, found him, clicked on him and mysteriously enough his profile is blank. Mysterious, because I just read his profile this morning (12/8).

Btw, what is up with his group? He is the only officer, and there are sevearal members. Did my lookup on his username this morning because I saw an "Impeach Bush!" member in the sandbox, and that person's account said it was created just recently... however, I think it was a newbie, looked like the person was practicing building for the first time.

I dont know about that, Ive spent pleany of my hard-earned L$ at one of his casinos just a couple of spaces by my property in Diloba. But, I stopped spending money when I realised that he had multiple places, and I wasnt really helping out a neighbour at all.

Now, I wouldn't go about banning him outright, but, I would take down those god-awful purple signs (which casts a glow into property 4-5 spots over at night).

He doesn't even have a profile right now. Only way to find it was to look at the members of Anti Lazarus Divine and click on his name. All blank.

Let's see what happens next...

Im fairly sure he is banned, (not 100%).

The other night he was acting up and every time we notifed him about taking down the signs he bought more land jacked the prices an put up more signs (started at 3 signs on one side of a land owner and after she contacted him he added 5 more on 2 more sides of the resident). I grouped all the major land owners for a meeting and at that meeting where he refused to keep the subject on track, bought more land around the landowner and infront of my property, and kept saying about "LL wont ban him if he keeps the signs totally on his land" and comments like that, i wont get into details about what he said. I do know that over 4 ARs were reported and 4-5 lindens contacted threw this whole ordeal. Im not sure if this was the "straw that broke the camels back" or not, but thats my experiance with him only 48 hours ago.

Personally, I'd be happy to see it gone, a friend disagreed with him on something, he bought all the land 'round here to fill with signs.

I think it's kinda funny, myself. The big writeup in New World Notes may just have been the straw that broke the camel's back... after all, he did say he really didn't want to sell the land... so by saying that, he basically admitted to spamming the land sales, and we all know that spamming is against TOS, don't we? ;)

OK, that's all pure speculation on my part but it does add up, along with about 5 bazillion ARs :D

He isn't banned.

From: someone
Putting signs up on your property, even unpopular signs, is not a violation of the community standards. As long as those signs are fully within the property of the landowner, he is allowed to keep them up.

in the hotline.

He didn't get banned for the signs.

Yes, but we did not care the fact that he had a few signs up, the fact of the matter is, when we request he please remove the sign bocking her view, he bought more land and put more signs up purposly in view of the land. We know he is intitled to displaying his signs, but theres a line he has crossed many time (Ex: towering the signs if someone build a "privacy wall", buying more land and putting up more signs around people that contact him). This guy wasent displaying the signs for the "cause" his whole aim was to be an "a**hole" (word quoted from his profile minus the **). I dont care if he had signs up,in fact more power to him, but when 3 signs in less than and hour go to 8 because one person contacts him, that is wrong.
