Sign up to enter the Burning Life 2006 Lottery! Please state the following information below:

M/PG Preference:
Select one or more of the following "themes": Realistic, Surrealistic, Futuristic, Retrospective

Burning Life participants will be selected by lottery from those Residents who enter by posting to this thread. The deadline for entry is Friday, August 18 at 4 PM PDT. Please state your preference for an M or PG sim and if you want to be next to a particular other participant. (We can't promise that we can meet all the requests.) Also, if you wish, select one or more of these descriptions: realistic, surrealistic, futuristic, retrospective. We may use your choice to cluster participants.

Please note that your choices will not influence your chances at winning a plot. Only one lottery entry per person; please don't enter under alternate accounts. The winners and the coordinates of their plot will be posted in the forums on or before August 25th. Land not claimed by August 31st may be given to another participant.

Question about attendence

I'm rather new to SL (less than a month) and I'm a bit confused about the way you use the term "participate". Does this mean that only those who win a 1/16 share of a sim will be able to attend Burning Life? Or does that mean that only the will be able create on that ground and any other resident can visit?

It seems like rather limiting unless I am not understanding the process.

Ooops, When I posted my question about who could be a visitor as opposed to a participant in Burning Life, I forgot to give you my entry info. I guess this also makes my question more clear. Is there a distinction between "participant" and "visitor" ?
