From the looks of it I would say there are 30 Anshe Chung owned sims now at the very bottom right.
They have some silly rectangular waterways, a lot of trees, are totally flat, and have the land restriction set to keep you out, I appeared to be getting flipped back and forth in a loop or something, it was hard to tell what was going on.
There are kitten statues scattered about it places.

From: Ilianexsi Sojourner While scanning the large map, I noticed strange shapes in a few areas... shapes like large wings, seen from above. I remembered Salazar's photos of the dragon he'd seen, posted here on Snapzilla, and wondered if these might be evidence of more of the creatures. (Attached is a screen capture of the map, with the winglike shapes circled.) I've seen them dragons personally some days ago and they have flappable wings. They appear to be the work of one Jesrad Seraph.

I've seen Jesrad's handiwork before when new territory has been opened to the public. When the Moth Atoll was revealed far to the north there were woolly mammoths roaming the land not too long after. I'm curious as to how she goes about producing these animals. Does she have cloning facilities or some sort of breeding grounds set up somewhere? And how does she transport the animals to the new regions? Maybe they are genetically enhanced to mature quickly, like that horse that was produced in "Earth2?"

Perhaps they're part of some sort of genetic experiment that could only be done on a new landmass, because of lack of enough space in populated areas? That would make sense, if the creatures were being developed to reproduce or mature quickly. It still makes me wonder, though, why there aren't more of them visible on a day to day basis... could it be they also have the ability to travel interdimensionally?

Perhaps, sometimes, there is an area in a previously hidden/inaccessible region that is unstable and can be hacked as some sort of interdimensional portal? I suspect that might be how the Lindens were able to get into the DaBoom region originally back in 2002. Reminds me a bit of the stories about the Bermuda Triangle back on Earth.

This: From: Salazar Jack As we made our way toward the interior we came upon a huge mound. Most of it was in Jindalrae, but some was located in the Danbi region to the east. The mound was impressive. It gently rose from the surrounding terrain and was lightly forested. It looks like this continent has seen a lot of erosion. Something struck us about this particular land feature. It certainly dominated the veiw. Perhaps there is more to this hill than meets the eye. I wasn't the only one who felt that way either... Reminds me of this.

Yes - it is very reminiscent. I think we were right when we thought the hill was an ancient man-made site. From what I've seen in the northern lands the ancients worshiped at night (thinking of the moth temple). On the main continent, too, I think there is a remnant of ancient moon-worshipping practises. Have you seen anything in the southern landmass that follows through with that, or conversely, supports the idea of sun worship?

I'm still thinking of the ruins of the towers in the Forest of Kahruvel in regards to this... the stone circle on the hill, the towers by the ocean, even the small platform in the woods are all aligned toward the east, as if to take advantage of the rising sun. It makes me wonder if that area was some sort of ancient sun-worshipping sacred site.
