Forever! Sometimes it's amazing what you'll find you've never even noticed a few houses. Flying around is wonderful, and you get to see so many interesting things, but sometimes just taking a walk holds it own wonders.

I used to explore.

There's no point nowadays because it takes 10 minutes for things to rez. :(
You have to do the "go somewhere, file slow geometry and slow texture loading bug reports for ten minutes, then if it is finally displayed properly, go about your exploring"style of travel.

I've been flying around quite a lot just for the fun of it while I've been building and testing a vehicle. Mostly, I try to spot really ugly ad builds. I'm keeping a gallery. (Any good examples? The most number of Impeach Bush signs I've seen on one lot now is nine, but I'm sure there are more.)

The area around Theretra, where my home is, just isn't very beautiful I'm afraid.

I love to explore! I use the map to scope out interesting places to sail my Flying Tako, and also my Roam Teleporter has a random function which lands me in some very interesting places each time. Oh yes, and walking! I once walked from Uba to Kojin and discovered some cool Half Life 2 objects. Sometimes we need to put aside the daily business, and foibles of the updates here and just take in all the great content created by ordinary inhabitants of SL.

Once in a while I go walking or driving my battletank. (I wish all builds left enough room for walking around, but I understand some people have small parcels (my boyfriend... oh wait, not that kind of parcel).)
