Phillistine!! There is simply No feta like true Greek Goats Milk Feta, I'm talking Feta so sharp it can Etch Glass. Angel Some how the idea of cheese etching my tummy and intestine and anus doesn't sound very tasty. _____________________

Oaxaca -- best melting cheese ever. Just glare at it hard, and it melts. Like Velveeta, except it's real cheese ... and good, at that.
Brie -- omfg baked brie! If you don't love it, you are deranged. Cheesecake -- almost really more like a pie, plus it's cheese! A marriage of almost-pie and cheese! How can you go wrong with that? _____________________
