Ceera measures 5'7" tall if you use an 'avatar ruler'. But comparing to a prim, that measurement is to eye level. To the top of her fox ears she's more like 5'11".

I have one tiny fox avatar that is all of 0.5M tall. But she can't wear clothes or other stuff.

I was just going to mention its much easier to measure your height by using an in-world height detector or whatever other names are used.
I'm currently about 6'0" without shoes, about 6'5" with those high-heeled platforms...

I am exactly 5 feet tall in both worlds which is a perfect height as far as I am concerned since I won't be growing any taller.

I adjusted my usual avatar to report at 6'5" according to a height detector.. as she's supposed to be. And that's without shoes.

I also have another avatar that's about 4', and then a few random ones that.. I don't know how tall they are.

I think counting my prim head (raccoonish ears and all), I'm actually a bit taller than 6'5.. Oh well. I don't mind.

5'7" (well OK, 5'6 and a half but I round up) in RL, 6'1" in SL

I wanted to be about 5'9" in SL so I pushed the height slider a bit to the right figuring that if the average woman is 5'4" then 75/100 should make me about 5'9"...by the time I realised I was over six foot I was too used to my avie to change.

I'm 5' 6" in real life and also in second life.

I don't let the fact that everyone else is a circus freak in SL influence my height at all.

pssst, Zoe and VolatileWhimsy, I have an almost 13 year old daughter, too! She's not quite my height yet, so I guess she's not destined to be statuesque.

I'm 5'4" in RL and 6'1" in SL...

I just make sure I'm shorter than my partner as he's convinced it's not "natural" for a woman to be taller than a man.

Most of my alts however, are pretty tall. Amazon-like in fact. I guess because i'm short in RL, I'm trying to live vicariously in my taller avies.

In-world height detectors report the eye-level height of your avatar when standing, counting any shoes you are wearing, but NOT taking into account any animations or overrides that change your posture. So the height it reports is always less than your height to the top of your head, by 4 to 6 inches, and is completely inaccurate if you have on a quad or Tiny/mini avatar. My mini fox measures just over 0.5 meters tall, as measured by a prim. The height detector says she is 4 feet tall, which is her height 'unfolded', to eye level.
