First of all. This had nothing to do with Furries. The "Grief Sphere RC3" began in Olive, and spread everywhere.
SA didn't come to SL to seek out furries; they were just thrilled when they found them here.
These folks have been equal-opportunity offenders. Be it goths, furries, europeans, blacks, arabs - it doesn't matter.
However, now that this has been posited, it'll gain legitimacy.
I am however, glad that you allowed the poll to show names. That'll be useful. How do you know it started in Olive?

However, now that this has been posited, it'll gain legitimacy. Like I said. I wasn't saying this one targeted at furries. But it did get me thinking about all the times Furnation's been scriptnuked. I'm just playing devil's advocate here. I, for one, don't believe that we're a liability, but I'm afraid other people are of that opinion. And I just set up this poll to gauge the general feelings of people on this issue.

From: Jeska Linden This thread, while possilby started with good intentions, is spiraling into questionable and inflammatory discussion. I'd like to remind everyone to please refrain from personally attacking other Second Life Residents or Groups of Residents. Go ahead and close the poll and the thread if you feel it's necessary, Jeska. I didn't intend any sort of negative reaction.

Many SL'ers don't even realize that the SA folk tend (as a gross generalization) to be anti-furry, so I doubt they'd see furries as a liability in the way about which you asked. In fact, many SL'ers probably don't even know what SA stands for or who they are.
To echo other posts in this thread, jerks are jerks are jerks; if they aren't attacking furries, they'd find someone else to bother.

From: Spooky Caligari I didn't intend any sort of negative reaction. Unfortunately, in SL there is a known 'history' that some people will happily go out of their way to twist any topic into a cesspool of hate and bigotry. Not necessarily SA goons or any group. Trolls existed long before SA.

Idiots come in all shapes and sizes. That's all I can say about this. The rest has already been said.

Awwwww. I voted pro-Furry. *hugs nearest furry* Hrm. In the likely event of a furry uprising, it’s best to stay on their good side.

Well, it's a relief seeing the overwhelming majority choosing option 2 on the poll. I was scared for a little bit there.
