As said in a post by Robin (/139/bd/108534/1.html), LL has already picked, and informed the people they invited to SF? Does anyone know who they are?

I know who I am, but I am not sure where I am. Others are still finding themselves, they will be here in a minute.

Imagine 3 avatars. One always tells the truth. The second always lies. The third avatar can either lie or tell the truth. The avatar on the left claims she is one of those invited to SL views, but that the avatar on the right is not. The avatar on the right claims that he and the middle avatar are invited to SL views. The middle avatar claims that the first avatar is telling the truth.

Which avatars are invited to SL views?

I suspect they are going to go with the 3 Bears technique of selecting residents for this. Not too hot, not too cold. A scriptor, a builder, a candlestick maker. I assume they will shy away from the "TOPs" in any given category going instead for lesser-known but solid contributors.

They will dutifully enforce the ban on people appearing in prok's FIC hit-list so they don't have to take that flack, but maybe toss one FICer so they don't LOOK like they are enforcing the ban.

I have not been invited. I suspect my hyper-sexualized persona is too much for Linden Lab to handle.

as not everyone we initially invited can make it. The people we've invited have in many different ways been very active in the SL Community -- entrepreneurs, socially active, creative. One was chosen at random.

By the sounds of that statement, they have already picked them. They should make an announcement of who they picked, and if they couldn't make it, update us on that.

I tried treating this as a logic problem, and I get the answer that, either only the avatar on the left is invited, or both the avatars on the right and in the middle are. There's some ambiguity in the clues...

Well Aimee, sine it seems likely nether you nor I will be picked, we can always go to san francisco, be tourists, and eat to much chocolate fuge at ghiradelli square.

If you divide by 7 and squint, I would have to say Cory Edo.

Okay, who's going to be the first (real) person to say they were asked? Go on. Transparency and all that.

Hell, I would go along if I was asked and could get time off work. The chance to see Phillip's codpiece for real? I'm there!

My computer screen exudes machmismo each time that little blue "Pol Tabla is On-line" screen pops up. I shudder to think what Pol Full-Frontal might be like.

Surface of the sun, baby. :D

Well I know a good place for lobster and some very good places for drinks. And of course more choclate, and the exploratorium!

then after a couple days of being tourists, we can ply key members of LL with lobster, drinks, and other nefarious services involving naked people while we take pictures. then we can simply blackmail them into seeing things our way.

Don't mess with the butterfly mafia don.

Or we can just hang out more, have coffee on union square and hit a small little bar I know on maiden lane. And of course the City Lights bookstore.
