Ok, I'm new, I'm "Older" and I'm a romantic. Most of my real world values have transferred with me to SL. I'm looking for several SL Romantic Parks or hidaways. A place where two people can take a slow stroll with you shoes off. Where a couple can have a picnic without a high traffic count. a place of beautful flowers, pleasing waterfalls and soft romantic music. PS: NOT looking for a hardcore XXX, everyone does everyone, partner swap kind of place.

Is there any such places inSL?

There definitely are, I've found some but don't remember the specifics of what I put in find to do so. Some I just found flying about.

Kei Mars has a beautiful garden; I often go there to get away from it all, and to plan griefer ball attacks.

Try Apollo. Its absolutely beautiful with hidden nooks & crannies random pose balls, awesome scenery & very romantic. The sim is huge & I have yet to explore it all. Dane Zander did a great job on this sim. Awwwww the love *swoons* :o

SL Botanical Gardens in Federal. Waterfalls, pathways, lots of private spots for conversation. A number of romantic locations with kiss pose balls (one is in a waterfall falling from the sky, in the mid level pool, it is my favorite romantic spot.)

You can use the finder to search for 'romant' or 'garden' or 'park' or 'museum' or 'forest' or 'public' or 'heaven'. There are also other attractions like amusement parks that have paths to stroll and sometimes even a few poseballs for stopping to kiss or hug... but aren't private. Then there are public places that have lots of sexballs but in more private settings than XXX clubs -- like gardens or waterfalls or such. Some will be searchable, others I've only found by looking at Favorites in peoples' profiles, or just by flying around and looking at the parcel name along the top of my screen.

It's all starting to make sense now... the discarded "ACME GRIEFER BALL" wrappers, the crumpled up blueprints covered in messy scrawls, and the faint "MUAHAHAHAHA!" that always seems to be echoing around the place when I log on. :p

Of course Taco is as usual right and my Japanese Gardens are open to all with a romantic bent! Please come and chill out with a loved one!

Its a lovely stylish done place (congrats Versu that you negotiated so it still are up and running! And another -- shy nice ava pays the bill today:-DDD).. it are mostly empty.. or one or two couples doing fun things..

In Verloren also !! - You still can shop Versus well done and stylish 50is clothes.. look for the small house in a corner of the sim...

BUT...

The other sim you made - the sister -sim Verlorendam are taken down and completly redone- and now looks like a concentration camp.. thats not so fun.. I should cry weeks if I was you...

Other:

The waterfall in Victoria...the picknick place both down the fall and up the fall are both nice places... picknick balls included..

I've had a few romantic moments in Hawaii, beautiful beaches and lagoons, and the beach near the Blue Note, with its campfire, is very nice.

For some reason I had a feeling you'd make that comment. Oh but don't forget a blood doll if you go...need something to snack on. ;)

I have a garden in the middle of Timmerman. It was made for me by my best friend Maureen. There are benches to sit on, as well as a picnic blanket to lay on.
