Hey, would it be possible for a few residents to put on a fireworks show for others, or would that run to much of a risk overwheming a sim and crashing it?

sure Wazoo - Dave Zeeman had one a bit ago. Just find a nice clear spot.. and dont go totally bezerk with bottle rockets. =P
