Ok... Don't want to give too much info out in the forums but I think I have a fairly decent Idea that I havent seen on the game yet, although I am quite new. I am taking bids for a single floor, open area inside building with a bar in it. My plot of land is 1024... Textures shouldnt be too hard it will be mainly wood... I'm clueless on building or i'd try it myself. Please send me a PM for more details or email me.
