Im trying to build a circular wall with flat prims. they are angled at 15deg, is there a way to line up the edges easily ?

2 ways:

One needs a cup of trigonometry with 32-bit-floating PIe. (no matter how accurate, there will be tiny bumps or even gaps).

Another needs to create a linkset of 2 prims, their edit-mode-attachment-point becomes their center, wich can be used as a rotational center. (just get the distances right for the needed radius. Unlink and delete unneeded parts afterwards.)

There's a builder's tool on SL Exchange that will build large circles or spheres automatically, called ShapeGen. http://slexchange.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=item&ItemID=223298
