Photo Studio, noob needs help with lighting

Hi, I'm making a studio for model photo shoots for my stuff, but I can't seem to figure out how to get the lighting to project onto a body. I played around in the features tab, but I need something that lights up people, and directed lighting. If anyone can help me out, I appreciate it, I'm new at building and while it's exciting, my monkey brain lets me down
