Ok i have the 3dmax that is listed in the biulding program list but im haveing trubel geting it to work im trying to use the primcomposer that iv herd ppl talk about but im haveing trubel with it can any one plz help

In theory someone can. Then again your problem could stump everyone.
It can't really be determined for sure until you share with everyone what you are having problems with. It's kinda like opening the box and taking a look at the state of Schrodinger's cat in that regard.

I really suggest asking on the primcomposer forums, shack dougal is fantastic about fast answers there
in answer to your main question though, would be helpful to know what you need help with.
