Hello, my name is Stephen Arnold and I am a pastor at Second Life Community Church and we are looking for a good church building for a low price... Since we are a non profit organization we need a really low price... You can build it on our land when ever you want... But we need it done by December 1st... I will not pay you a fixed price I will pay you as I see fit. This is coming out of my personal money so please keep the price as low as possible... Also... Keep the prims low... I am looking for a church that is orginal... I will look into it... Can you drop me a few landmarks for them

I don't have any landmarks, but I think I saw one in Jack Feaver's sim. I'd imagine you could pull up the location via his profile.

I presume by the name that you're not wanting a cathedral or anything, but a more modern setting with places for people to sit and a stage with some instruments? Some specifics would be good to help someone get started, such as do you want a cross on the building, or just the name of the church, color for outside (brick, stone, wood), color for inside, overall size, etc. Seems like it would be a fun and pretty quick project for me, I just don't want to build something and take the time to texture it only for it to be completely the opposite of what you wanted.

Visit Gnubie Store at Indigo (204, 80) and check out Jai's Prairie Church (can be modified) and Neochurch. Either building is either free or just L$1.

Personally, I've been wondering who would be able to do a good job building a small Thomas-Kinkade-style stone chapel.

Do you mean the architectural style or trying to capture Kinkade's visual style? Trying to mimic Kinkade's exagerrated use of light effects would be an interesting challenge.

I'm after the visual style--I want the feelings evoked by Kinkade's paintings. But even a good facsimile of his architectural style would be nice.

Stephen, you'd probably have better luck posting this in the Help Wanted forum than here. This forum is for the discussion of building techniques, not for recruiting people to build things for you. As such, the people who come here tend to be those looking to learn and those looking to teach, not necessarily those looking for work. Job seekers go to the Help Wanted forum. That's what it's there for.

By the way, is this church devoted to God or Satan?
Small technicality, but it does affect the architecture a little bit.

I saw pretty good elven goddess church but forgot name but it had pews and open space with display area.

And if god, which one? Man created so many of 'em...
