I need a large hourglass shape - preferrably hollow - I have seen it in the forums before but cannot find it.

How can one make an hour glass shape?

Don't know if it's the one you're looking for, but I did a pair of torii with 60 hollow, .45 y-hole, profile cut from .25 to .4, and a pair of spheres with dimple .5 and half the dimensions of the torii.
