I've built what I wanted, but I can't link the entire thing together (prims too far apart)

How can I pack it up to move to another parcel, or to sell as a prefab, or just to put in a box and store for later?

thanks gang!

you can use any number of rezzing systems, my personal fav is Jack in the box, or you can just grab the whole thing and take it to inventory then leave it there or stick that in a box.

For houses that have more than one linkset I personally prefer to use a rezzer when offering them to others, but its certainly not requred. Some people use their root prim as an aligning tool.

thanks, I looked up the jack in the box, and 1750 is decent if I'm going to keep making buildings.. for this one project it's a bit of a penny to spend, but I'm sure I will find more uses for it later.

Also how would I be able to create a tiny model of my building? I've seen some people do that for displays. Or do I just need to recreate a tiny version?

first there is a script on the forums that adjusts for tiny prims (think glass in your windows) so then you can grab the whole ball of wax and simply shrink it down ..... very carefully. Or just remove anything that you know isnt going to shrink and go ahead and try and resize it down. Of course this will be much much harder to do with any accuracy on a huge linkset with hundreds of prims. I think there are even scripts you can get that will help you with resizing (aside from the tiny prim adjustment one) as I had a friend that created a shrinker thing some time back that he was working on for development

Or yes, make a small model from scratch

Btw be sure to check Jacks store also if you found it via exchange, he has a lot of nice tools for rezzing vendors that work with this JIB system, among about a zillion other cool things. He is really good at customer service from my experience as well.
