Greetings all,
Has anyone attempted making a tarot deck/divination deck that could be used in-world?

I'm in the initial stages of putting one together but, I have to admit, I'm a little lost on how to start.

hmm..

i assume it's not creating the cards themselves that's the problem, but how to make use of them properly. with that in mind, i suggest the following:

- find someone who can script well.

- have each card identify itself by number.

- have person choosing card choose a number/s instead of pulling a card/s out of a pile.

- have selected cards place themselves on "table" according to which one has been picked. someway to say "position one = card #20, position two = card #45" ..and so on. have them place themselves face down. have it enabled to flip over in place when clicked on (by you/divinator).

..i think that should work. let us know if you have trouble making the actual cards themselves. i hope this helped.. or at least pointed you in the right direction.

Cybin -- That defiantely helped! I'm still in teh planning stages for the whole thing and that got my brain going in the right direction.

Jacko, I've worked some with making a generic set of playing cards and a card table.

I did see a set of Tarot cards in world and they were scripted...but I can't remember where or how well they were done

Unfortunatly, Whystler is no longer playing :/

I have a set I barely messed with.. images are in world and we could probably work out something for some custom scipts...
