Hi all, I am working in a project in my own land.

I have begun creating boxes and linked it. I can move them in my land, but, suddenly, I cannot edit the boxes or make something with it. Can anyone help me please? Im very desperate.

Thanks to all.

Did you happen to have clicked on the lock check box for the object, by the way?

Sadly this has effected many people. Lose permissions on your own objects and it switches to "next owner" permissions for yourself. I've had it happen on a few things I've built lately and my home. Is sad when you can't modify or do anything to your own creations even when you've taken every precaution to make sure you could...sigh.

Check the permissions on the object. If you, the creator, do not have full permissions, then you'll have to delete the bad prim(s) and start over. There is a bug that has appeared in the last few builds of the SL client which does, on occasion, cause the creator of an object to suddenly have only the 'next owner' permissions for that object. And by default, copy and mod are not checked for next owner when making prims. If that happens, there is no fixing it.

It is also possible that the object has been locked. There is a checkbox on the Object tab that affects this property. Before you delete the build, check that tab, and check and uncheck the checkbox to make sure it's not checked.

I have made a screen capture to show you my problem.

The yellow arrow show the limit of my land, the red arrow show where I want to move my object. I cannot move the object of where this is. And I have not yet arrived at the limit of my land.

The object, of course, is a new object created in my own land.

Can you help me please?

Thanks for all.

This happened to me the other night with The Uneditable Sheep. Luckily I'd just dropped it from my inventory, and I was able to drop a replacement which worked fine, but very strange and highly annoying.

I'd just delete that prim and make a new one. I know that doesn't really help with no-copy objects or complex builds you haven't backed up, but if it's just the one prim or something you have copies of, start over.

And then swear at the screen a little bit, that helps the healing.
