You can't export an arbitrary model from Poser, import it into Wings and export it as a sculpty, no.

What you can do, which may or may not speak to your need, is to start with a Wings template, transfer it to Poser to do your modeling, then back to Wings for export as a sculpty. But the restriction that you not add or subtract vertices during modeling still holds.

I've actually created openGL shaders to turn arbitrary models into sculpties using Wings. It is simple to create a sculpty in this way. :) But the resulting sculpty is, in general, a lousy rendition of the original model. :( To get a reasonably good model, you have to do a lot of tweaking of the 2D UV map. Wings has very good tools for creating and modifying UV maps, so I think this approach has some potential, but as it stands, I wouldn't consider it to be a particularly effective way of producing sculpties. But then, I don't mind sharing it in its current state with people who want to experiment.
