Hello
I've been tackling "Texturing sculpties with multiple images" from the Machinimatirx Tutorials which were created with Blender 2.47.
I’m trying to use Blender 2.492 with Python 2.6.2 & Primstar (recommended version as of today) and it looks as if things have changed a bit, for example when I get to “consolidate into one image” the option doesn’t seem to exist. Is it just me (and I haven’t installed everything as I should have) or have things really changed and I should wait until new tutoriasl are out? Are there any new tutorials out?
Many thanks!

Hi;
A new version of the tutorials is already planned using primstar and the newest blender-2.49 About your problem with "consolidate into one image" : I have just downloaded blender-2.49a (internally labelled as blender-2.492) for windows-xp and there i can find the "consolidate into one image" script in the UV-editor under
Image -> "Consolidate into one image".
Maybe it is a operating system problem ? Which OS are you using ?
cheers, Gaia

Thanks Gaia! I'm running XP as well so your post gave me a place to start. Seems I didn't do enough of a cleanup after I uninstalled my old version of Blender before putting on 2.49. After removing all the Blender folders that were left behind and reinstalling things now look as they should. The current tutorials are excellent and I'm glad to hear that new tutorials are in the planning stage. It certainly is a big task keeping everything up to date and I really appreciate the effort. Thanks again!
