I'm rather new to building in SL, though by no means unfamiliar with modeling outside of SL... But I had a particular question, guess it's kinda-sorta on topic. I'm not sure if this is a sandbox-specific issue, or SL on the whole... But when I'm busily building and carefully positioning prims, it'll suddenly snatch part of what I'm working on and send it to my Lost and Found. I thought this happened only with parts I wasn't actively moving/interacting with, at first... Like an idle timer kinda thing. And then, earlier today, while I was in the middle of moving a box... it poofed that very box into my inventory.

While I appreciate the auto clean-up and returning my things to me, this is a bit of a hassle since this happens to what I'm working on. And it happens rather frequently... My only workaround for this, thusfar, has been to hurriedly Link all my items, copy it to my Inventory, Unlink, and resume building and tweaking the sub-parts. Is this just me, the sandbox I've been building in has a quick clean-up rate or something, or what?

When you were in the sandbox, were you anywhere near the sandbox signage? The sign has its own piece of land that returns stuff after a while.

I don't think I was. I'd chosen a remote empty corner where no one else had started building yet. This seems to be happening to me no matter where I am in this particular sandbox... Guess I'll try another, but it's either a sandbox setting or a SL-wide setting for cleanup... Either way, it's interrupting my building a lot. :P

Bad, is this a linden sandbox or a resident provided sandbox? Resident provided sandboxes are usually pretty small and you might be building over its border.

I've ran into this in the Morris sandbox on occasion way before auto deletion or 2 minutes before it's commencment. You may want ot file a bug report on this all the same.
