What I would love to see in game is a Real Estate Agent. I was looking for one the other day and couldn't find any. It could work simply by people paying the Real Estate a small sum or a percentage for selling their house, the agent could then have pictures and details of different houses/lots for sale at his office. And could help bring people selling and buying houses together. He could even arrange bidding rounds and trips to the different houses. It's not something I will be doing in game, I have other plans and am not online enough to run an agency, but it's something I would love to see. So I thought I should throw it out as an idea if someone else is interested in picking it up. What do you think? Danny

Hmm would be handy, But what I would like to see is more server zones that offer lots for sale, So that some of us out there that want to build in a comunity that have the same intrests can build and not get "stuff" I'll call it, all over making the place look like a Land fill.
I see alot of nice structures out there but many get over looked simply because there is no order to it. Alot of people want to build near landmarks so that there structures will get noticed, some make them ither VERRY big or outlandishly gaudy "bright colorfull but lacking taste" It's my oppinion.
I prupose and request zones/servers place areas by a catagory for thoes of us looking for simular flavors. Like Sci Fi, Urban day housing, Gothic, ect ect. A chance for thoes of us who want to build. Find a spot, But dont want to build there cause buildings are tossed around like they just went threw a tornado.
I'v noticed a few places like this, But they requested a cookie cutter house. Bla!!!
What i would rilly love to see if open feilds Forests and sparced city's Kinda like the picture above in the header.
Ahh uniformity to me it's blis! PS: These and any statement I made are soley done by my own oppinion, And is not an attempt to flame or place bad credit upon ones self.

I know exactly what you mean. My favorite bar has, I mean HAD, a nice river/ocean view until someone decided to build a giant phallic lighthouse 10 meters away from it in the middle of the water, complete with lame texturing. It's really a shame. I wish the builder had taken the existing structures into consideration - it doesn't fit in with anything else in the area and really junks up the view.
