This is the idea:

I am looking for some vollunteers to help on a new community/experiment. The idea is, that we get some people together. We all meet in world and discuss how to build the community I have in mind. I am planning on an old fashioned empire type, with an exact theme to be voted on by the participants, where we all come up with a subgovernment to the one in SL. The rest is completely up to the people working on it.

We decide on:

A theme
A system of government
a system of barter
or whatever else we decided on doing.

Please respond if you want to help out, and make this a reality.

I say keep the goverment and politics out of here. We already gpt the linden family policing and thats good enough for me. There already is an econemy and also buy, sell and trade system. I already am bothered by a government in real life so lets try make the second one free of politcal BS.

Jode, I do not appreciate that bit of yours. This is an experiment, and while it is a risk, it's worth it to see how we can function. Why don't we dare to at least try this?

I'm very interested in politics and economics (was thinking of minoring in both but am settling on just economics with an accounting major).

I am fairly new to SL but I am learning quick and taking all the classes I can in my free time. I'm a quick learner so I am willing to help and would love to be onthe team. Let me know what i need to do.

I've also been looking for a good sim to call home so this would be great.
