I linked 3 objects on a rope. The rope is soft and thereby moving with the wind. But how to make the 3 objects moving and rotating consistently with the rope together ?

Not possible unfortunately. The flexi behaviour of the rope is a client-side effect that has no influence on any other objects in-world.

Though everyone knows it would be very desirable to be able to do that, currently there is NO way to have flexible prims move together, except through tricks involving making another equally-flexible prim in the same exact position. This is sometimes good enough, as with a little texturing skill, you can make a big flat prim with an invisible-background texture on it that depicts something that's hanging on to the, well in your case, rope. (But yes, it will be a flat image then.)

Remember that 'flexibility' is merely a visual effect, and flexible prims cannot be bumped into, nor can they otherwise physically interact with other prims.
