Invisible Barriers

My bf and I are building a house on Linden land and have recurring problem with invisible barries. Have sent Linden a message the first time it happened because a whole kitchen disappeared and he could not find it but the prim count showed it there. Now its happened again and no response from Linden yet. He was working on our new sliding glass doors and now there is an invisible wall which will not let you enter/exit the room to the deck and back. Just frustrating and weird. And, today I placed scuplti stairs for the front entrance and now there is a blockage there.... you cant go down or up the stairs because of an invisible wall. Any insight or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Sound as though you may have invisible prims which are blocking you,especially as you mentioned sculpty stairs. On your SL viewer at the top, click on View and then towards the bottom select 'Highlight Transparent'. Any invisible prims will be seen in red which can be deleted in the normal manner

If you wish to continue using the sculptie stairs,make sure that the visible stairs are set to phantom. If you have moved them it's likely the invisible prim is still in the same place as when you brought them inworld.

thers is also a bug ghost prims that will not go away untill the sim is reset
and dont count on any linden help
