I've just bought 2 parcels of land, both are 3.072 sq meters. I want to link them to use them as one piece and share prims etc between them.
I found the Estate management options but it was all greyed out. How do I link these 2 pieces of land now? or how do I get the Estate options active?
I've looked through the archives etc, and it mentions you can link land, but now how to do it.

Although u dont need it to share prims, you can link them (only if they are connecting), by right-clicking a parcel, select "edit terain" and drag a box over both parcels.

If they are not on the same sim, then the prims cannot be shared.
If they are on the same sim, then the prim count is already shared, even if the parcels are not touching each other. You can see this in the "About Land" window, it will have an entry called "Simulator primitive usage" which means how many prims are on all your parcels in that sim, and an entry called "Primitives on Parcel" which shows that particular parcel.
From the Knowledge Base:
Simulator primitive usage If you own more than one parcel in a Region, the prim allowance of those parcels becomes a unified pool. For instance: If you own one parcel that supports 117 prims, and another parcel in the same Region that supports 33 prims, you have a total allowance of 150 prims on your land in that Region. If you wanted to, you could place all 150 prims on the parcel that initially only supported 33!
EDIT: Just FYI the Estate management tools are for those who own private regions.
