Hi all! I've custom created a complex structure on a client's property. The time is near for me to transfer ownership to her. I am in the process of creating a rez-faux copy for her (and will keep a backup for myself) but I would prefer to sell her the original where it stands, for more than one reason.
Can anyone explain a faster more efficient way to sell her the many objects other than just going through them one by one?
Thanks in advance, Freeman

a boxing solution is the safest way to do this, but you can set each object to buy original and when the client buys them they stay in place. the negative is that they have to take all the parts to inventory to get a backup. whereas you can box the whole thing, take a copy for yourself, let the client do the same, and rerez the build on the spot.

Like i said,
"I am in the process of creating a rez-faux copy for her (and will keep a backup for myself) but I would prefer to sell her the original where it stands, for more than one reason."
My original question remains.
I'd appreciate any answer to it, but i don't need any more info about copies.
Thanks to anyone who can inform me about this.
I will be giving her the original and a copy either way, just wondering if anyone know a more efficient way to sell the original other than piece by piece.

Set it for sale at whatever price. Scripts, however, will need to be reset. The only other way to do it in one fell swoop is to own the land, and then sell the land to her with the objects.

as I said before, you can set it for buy original and it will remain in play when she buys it
scripts will only need to be reset if if they do one time data setup in state entry (like using llGetOwner calls) if the object(s) are +Mod the customer can do it themselves, if not they need a scripted reset (or reinitialization) usually in the changed event, checking on CHANGED_OWNER...
your original question was already answered, with the only option available for transfering a build in place on someone elses land.

easy way

if the clients land is NOT on the mainland..get her to temporarily xfer the land to you.."with all objects" and then simply do the same thing back..
The land is never really yours..it can always be reclaimed by the client but that's one easy way to xfer the original build.

P.S. Not being on the mainland affords you the luxury of your tier or membership not being affected. If the parcel is mainland..best solution is above.
