is there a way to transfer items from the creator to someone else without picking up the time & giving it to them? i would love to know. i have started doing customs but i want to give them the items without picking everything up. Thanks for any help  |

Thanks for any help You can link it, set the permissions, then set it for sale for 0 if the customer has already paid for it - make sure you sell the original  Then the customer needs to go around and "buy" each part (if it's a large item, there will be several linked parts) And then make sure you take up a copy for yourself before you sell

well you can do that as long as its less than - ummm 256 prims? - unfortunately most of my custom builds are in the 500+ range... sigh
What can I say my builds are bigger than my ego - or was that smaller?
Oh yeah everything smaller than my ego - why I post statements like this to get it popped now and then, giggle

Oh yeah everything smaller than my ego - why I post statements like this to get it popped now and then, giggle You can still do it, you'll just have multiple linked items that the customer will have to "buy". Just make absolutely certain all permissions that need to be changed have been changed
