Sculpties & physics lag

The combination of a "regular prim" linkset with a sitting avie on it intersecting with a sculpty linkset seems to push physics time to 400-600ms, suggesting a rather bad bug somewhere.

Before I waste time trying to narrow things down for a JIRA I was wondering if anyone knows of a bug with similar conditions?

Related, is LL even still considering those bugs, or do they just get tossed because "We'll release Havok4 within the next decade"?

(Building forum is an odd match, but I thought if anyone would have run into it, it would be regulars here rather than the average resident :))

-Yes, http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-211 is similar to this.

-Yes, the answer is to wait until Havok 4 (which is why SVC-211 is Fixed Internally). Releasing this is high on LL's list of important improvements, as they're currently trying to shift their whole focus onto releasing changes that have a significant impact on SL's performance&stability.

None of the prims involved in my case are physical though (or even moving at all).

I can't seem to reproduce it on generic content anyway (seems to be something weird about the interaction between those two specific linksets) and I'm not posting the SLURL to my house on JIRA so guess I'll just let it slide.

I had a renter in my sim set up a 'target range', and she made some dummies out of normal prims and some out of sculpties. when the sim kept crashing we found that shooting the sculpties produced very high collision scores when compared to normal prims. So i would say for now at least, sculpties and physics don't mix well.
