I have seen clocks that run on SL time in world. How is that done?

PS-thanks to this forum, I browse and read, and learn.

They use a script function such as llGetGMTclock() or llGetWallClock(). Those functions return the time in seconds since midnight. GMT returns seconds since midnight GMT, the WallClock version returns seconds since midnight SL-time. The script then converts the seconds into hours and minutes and displays the time.
