hi im new to this forum so not sure if this is appropriate, but it has to do with building  im in need of huge prims but different sizes then the basic ones. i need for instance some 160m high prim with certain other measurements. anyone has some more info about this? sorry about my broken engrish btw  thanks!

Linden Labs closed the hole which allowed those prims to be created in the first place.
What you see is what you get - although you can cut, dimple, and otherwise transform as you would a normal prim. You just can't change the size attributes, those are fixed regardless.

Your sentences are actually in complete understandable sentences!  No need to make apologies for it. What Soen said is true, there is not currently a way to numerically change the size of huge prims that are in existence. A solution would be to combine both huge prims and regular prims together to create the 160m high object you want. It might be a few more prims than one, but it will get the job done.

You can try cutting and dimpling a sphere then making it a box.
PS : Huge prims can be resize below 10m
