Trying to make a large irregular half-circle

I'm trying to build a large irregular half circle about 4 meters high and 14 meters long. I've tried using various methods but can't seem to get it to work right. I've used multiple halfcircles and the curve doesn't come out right. I'd used Ringmaker but it seems only to work on circles and half circles with a regular radius, not a 8m by 14 meter one. Is there a solution?

By "irregular circle," you mean an elipse, right?

Well, the easy solution is simply to upload an elipse texture and use it as a template. Build your prims right on top of it. I'd use cut cylinders for the most fluid look, but if you want the shapemaker-type look you can use cubes. Here's an elipse with a ratio of 4:7 (same as 8:14) that you can use for your template if you like. Just make two cubes, each 7x7x.01, right next to eachother, and texture them with the template. Set the repeats per face to .5 in each direction and offset them by .25 and -.25 so that they come together to form one seamless whole. The resulting elipse image will be 8x14. Just build your 3D elipse right on top of it and then delete it when you're done.

Not getting the image, but yeah, that does sound what I need.

Hehe, just realized I misspoke. You can't use two 7x7M cubes to make something 8M wide. Duh! Anyway, you get the idea. Use 4 cubes instead.

And yeah, the image was unreadable at first. There was apparently an error in the jpeg compression. I re-saved it and it's fine now.
