why my sculpted prims are deferrent in physical and visual?

as the title: after I finished maps in 3DMAX or Maya,I uploaded them to SL,then I created a sculpted box and useed the sculpted map. The sculpted box changed to the shape as expected in visual but keep the box shape in physical. why?

The physics engine in SL only sees sculpted prims by their bounding shape, not by their sculpted shape. The way around that is to make the sculpt prims phantom and use fully transparent regularl prims for collisions.
