Not sure if I've posted this in the correct section so please excuse me if I have. I have a few high-rise office blocks which I would like to rent out. However, I dont (at this stage) want to use the rental systems which are available out there.

Can anyone tell me what permissions I need to set in SL to rent out a floor in an office complex?

Also, I have the Hippo Rental system, can I use this to rent out office floors in an office complex?

thanks

Certainly. That is the way I would do it.

Deed or set your land to a group and make the tenants join your group, use the hippo rental system for collecting the rent... and you are in business!

Thanks for that, but it's not the land I'm renting out only individual floors. WIll the Hippo system account for this? (Eventhough I have the system I haven't used it or read the instruction manual).

It does not matter whether the rented objects are stacked vertically or put in a row horizontally (on seperate plots of land). The land is always deeded or set to the same group anyway.
