Let me tell you a little story. I like building. I like sculpties. I don't like spending money to buy sculpties when people make them and import them all the time. The simple fact is I want to do it to. So I found the OFFLINE BUILDER IMPORTER! Oh the excitement! I can now take Blender objects and bring them in game! Yay! Wait. Whats this? Why doesn't it work? D: I have Blender, I have prim.blender, I save object, I put it into the notecard and into the OBI. It goes through the motions but nothing comes out. I read and re-read the manuals, and just came across the LSLs-- which I might add were NEVER mentioned in the other manuals. Here are my questions: Are the LSLs I found supposed to go in the object before I save it, before I rez it?? (For those who bought the advanced version) The above question AND-- when you make the prep block, do you leave it rezzed in the world or does it only go in the contents folder?? (I have asked around three seperate building groups hoping someone else using this contraption, and no one does. If you want to give this a shot, IM me in game [I usually leave my AV to sit somewhere, pardon if I don't reply] and I'll tell you how to get the free version.)

Keanna, if you are referring to Jeffrey Gomez's offline builder, you may be out of luck. I don't think Jeffrey has been involved in SL for a year or more. and in that files he posted have gotten corrupted. Your only hope will be to find a old-timer who still has a good copy and is willing to help you. But in any case, that isn't a way to make sculpties. However, if what you want is to make sculpties with Blender, that is quite possible. Domino Marama is very active in helping people to do that. But he may not look at this message because of the title. Look for the thread Blender Sculptie Import & Export Scripts in this forum.

I had seen this thread but I've no real experience with prim.blender For me, one of the big reasons to do building work in Blender rather than in SL is for the texturing capabilties. As prim.blender doesn't do that, it's not much use to me. I did look at adding that feature but decided in the end a new implementation would be better. So when I designed my sculptie scripts, I've allowed for expanding into other prim types. I'll be using LLSD as the import / export format so any votes for http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-4165 are appreciated
