for the life of me I can't get the dang thing to lign up right once I attach it or wear it. Originally I started with a posing platform and then manually attached the leg inside the invisiprim then shored up the invisiprim best I could so it would'nt block out too much of my other leg when being viewed from my fake leg side. I had it perfect and wrote down the XYZ coordinates and then tried to attach it and I was going to lign it up according to the coordinates that I wrote down. I now see that the coordinates are grayed out so you can't type them in. I would like to know how to do this because it seems so fundamental but yet ridiculously difficult to do this one thing that should be simple.

When I do the sort of thing that you're doing, I take into inventory a copy of the object I want to attach, leaving the original object aligned as I wish it. Then, I attach the copy to the place I want it to attach. Then I move it until it lines up with the original. As you have found, you cannot directly enter the coordinates, and even if you could, they would be different--transformed--making the avatar's attachment point to be the new origin of coordinates.
Unforturtunately, things are slightly borked as far as attaching out of inventory. For the time being, instead of taking a copy into inventory, use SHIFT-click to draw off a copy, and use the pie menu to attach the copy to the place you want it. Then follow the procedure I described for aligning it.
Have fun! Will you have a limping walk animation to go with it?
