i'm getting crazy... when i link or unlink some objects (apparently random) they "explode" to sim borders and loose their relative position. i'm digging in forum and knowledge base to find a solution but if anyone knows it please tell me. i'm loosing hours of work for this crazy bug tnx

Is the object set with physical on? Turn that off before you unlink.

no phisichal attributes i discovered the only way to be sure that it wont explode is to copy the object BEFORE linking or unlinking. i was wandering is there is a real reason for this or i have to use the copy workaround

Rezzing near "no rez" areas?

Is there any possibility that you are rezzing something where part of the object is overlapping onto someone else's land, where they have object rezzing turned off?
"Exploding" has been known to happen if one prim of an object is over the line.
