I'm trying to sell some items that I want to make
YES Mod
NO copy
YES transfer
So that they can be gift items. However, when I try to set the permissions, I can't tick the Transfer unless I click the copy. Is this some sort of evil glitch or is there a trick to it that I don't know? Someone please help me.

If you are the creator of all the prims that you're trying to set permission for, there's no reason it wouldn't let you make it no copy with mod/transfer permission.
