I was helping somebody with a two person vehicle and we manage to get it to work, but whenever a second person is sitting in the car, the object screams that it has over 31 prims. We got the vehicle down to 29 prims, but it still does this.

Now, here's the funny thing: the car works but that error message gets annoying. Does anyone have an idea what's going on and how to fix this message?

mute the object vehicle hehe.....
but i only have had this problem when
it was over 31 prims + avs maybe its the new
update? but i also have a vehicle that once
it is running (physics on) i can sit more ppl
on it and it still flys.
the only way around it would be to remove
one more prim i think.

This makes me think... what if AVs in excess of the 31 prim limit on physics-on objects were simply NOT counted in the prim count (and didn't add a collision AABB) ? That would enable more detailed mass-transportation systems :)
