I have just purchased a plot which is mostly water with a small island, I wish to have a large luxury yacht or catamaran built on it, 2 or three stories and very large (will be the dwelling)..
Will pay well in l$ or us$...
I also want to get some stuff put on the island and have a small marina on the other side of the island for drivable boats/jetskis etc.
