Building bug on group land?

Is this a new bug? I'm sure it wasn't happening before yesterday's update. I'm on land deeded to a group. I own that group, therefore I have full rights. However, even though Create Objects ability is enabled for the group only (in World > About Land > Options), the Build button is greyed out. The only way I can enable it is by granting all residents building rights. That's not desirable because we're next to a club whose patrons have a penchant for pyramid schemes and HippiePay machines, and I keep forgetting to turn it off. :/

I think it's a bug that has been here a few releases. I believe you'll find your Group members can still activate the Build pallette from the menu bar at the top of the window, even though the handy button at the bottom of the window is greyed out.

No problem. I recalled seeing some Linden mention that glitch and workaround on one of the earlier releases.
