Hi! I'm a newb. Instead of trying to work my way upward, I and a few friends, jumped into property with a large house. Initially I bought 1 piece with @ 950 prims available. My first house had 840 prims. LOL! After some advice from other players, I purchased a home with only 210 prims and bought more land so that I could have the prims to decorate the property. I now own 7000sm of property in Epirrita. Unfortunately, the prim situation seems to have decreased instead of increased! Even with the addition of multiple parcels, we are still getting the "parcel is full" pop up. What do I/we do? What did I/we do wrong? We've tried joining the land together but that didn't seem to work.

Any help or advice would be GREATLY appreciated! I'm started to get frustrated.

If I'm not mistaken, 7000 sq. meters should allow for about 1600 prims. If you were still blowing 800 a pop into each house, well then it would be obvious where it's all going. However, since you say you're now down to about 200 per house, that gives you enough for 7 or 8 builds that size. Even 200 for a house though is still very high, unless you've got a lot of stuff in it, and you're counting all of it as part of the 200.

Anyway, without knowing what you've got on your land, and what kind of a build you'd like to have, it's impossible to advise you what to get rid of. If I had to guess though, I'd start by trimming down those houses. With good texturing, there's no reason that even a giant mansion should require more than a handfull of prims for the walls, floors, and roof.

My guess is you need to all be in one group and deed the land to the group. The land doesn't have to be joined, but has to have a single owner (person or group).

All the land has to be in the same sim as well, but it sounds like it is.
